The login page is displayed when TrichoAGcenter^® is opened.

According to the needs of the salon, each trichologist has a unique profile with a username and password.

Profiles can be set up as administrator profiles or user profiles.

After a trichologist logs in, the main menu is displayed.

The main menu lists the following options:

-  Client management
-  Scalp and hair condition encyclopaedia
-  Update parameters
-  Backing up your data
-  Help file
-  Log-out

This page offers an easy to use customer search feature.

You can perform the search according to several parameters such as the client’s last name, first name or telephone number. In most cases, you will not have to write the full name. Simply type a few letters of the last name or first name or the last 4 digits of the phone number, and the information you need will be displayed. This is also the page where you add new customers.

Another client management feature is the ability to import or export a client’s complete file. This feature is useful when a trichologist requires a second opinion. Moreover, when a customer moves, the file can be transferred to the nearest salon or trichology center.

The capture tab allows you to have a full-screen view of the client’s scalp and to take pictures for the client’s file.

This page has been simplified as much as possible. So, to delete a photo, just select the image you want to delete and drag it into the trash can at the bottom of the screen.

A preview mode similar to the capture mode is also available. This allows you to preview the scalp of a client without having to open or create a customer record. This method can save you quite a bit of time and be useful for showing scalp issues to a customer reluctant to schedule a consultation.

The compare tab is one of the core features of TrichoAGcenter^®.

This page lets you compare the client’s photos with other photos of examples of each type of scalp condition.

Each sample photo includes a detailed description to help trichologists to come to an accurate diagnostic.

Each diagnosis contains treatment recommendations that include shampoos, lotions, creams or other treatments according to the range or brand of products used by the trichologist. This page is where you can edit the customer printout with the selectable products list. The printout can by printed on 4" X 6" photo paper and/or sent by email to the client.

On this page, you can also ZOOM to full screen to fully explain and show the features of a client’s scalp.

The previous consultations page is helpful to view a previous examination or consultation.

From this page, you can select a “before” picture of the client’s scalp taken during a previous examination and place it on a printout next to an “after” picture taken that day so the client can make a comparison.

In this way, the client is able to verify the results and see if the benefits of the cares provided.

The client printout is 4" X 6" photo format. This picture contains the name and address of the salon, two photos of the client’s scalp and a personalised recommendation. The two scalp pictures are either a before treatment picture and an after treatment picture, or a photo from a previous examination and one from the day the printout is given to the client.

Giving this printout to the client is a great way to advertise your services. It is not unusual for people who have seen one of these printouts to visit a salon to make an appointment to have their own trichologocal examination.
